Payments Booking Cancellation: Cancellation anytime all payments are forfeited (i.e. there is no refund). Cancellation policies are flexible. Please discuss with owner. In the event of a cancellation the following charges apply: 8 Weeks before arrival - 50% only (Deposit fee as already paid) 4-8 Weeks before arrival – 75% of the accommodation cost Less than 4 Weeks before arrival – 100% of the accommodation cost.

Booking Deposit: In order to reserve an Apartment we request a 50% deposit of the accommodation cost.

Payment Balance: Balance Payments will be due in Euro Cash upon Arrival Payment Methods: There is a 4 percent surcharge for payments made via credit card and/or Paypal. Direct Bank Deposit, PayPal We accept deposit payments via IBAN International Bank Transfer or Paypal. Please note Paypal Payments will incur a 4% surcharge.

Deposits Key: Up to 3 keys supplied for each apartment (entrance, apartment, ski locker) We do not ask for a deposit, however should a key be lost or damaged a fee of 25 Euro will be due.

Parking: Parking is free and there is no deposit required.

Security or Damage: A security deposit is not required, however and end inspection of the property will be made and any breakages or damages must be paid for before departure.

Policies Check In/Out: Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Depending upon seasonal demand, flexible arrival and departure times are possible. Please enquire.

Children: Children are most welcome!

Groups: Quiet Time: There is no specific quiet time policy though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking: Smoking is allowed but outside only.

Services & Fees Airport Transfer: Airport Transfer is not offered

Check-In Early: A guest must request this optional service.

Check-Out Late: A guest must request this optional service.

Cleaning on Departure: Cleaning fee to be paid locally to Third Party/Resort End Cleaning is a one time fee of 45 Euro per stay

Linen: Linen and Towels are included in the Price

Pets: Pets are not allowed. NOTE: Disabled persons traveling with a Service Animal have special rights. A guest must request this optional service.
