Because of where it lies and its altitude, the mountain of the Gemeindealpe, nestled in the region Mariazeller Land, is the perfect spot for both sunshine and snowfall. Its reliable snow cannons mean there’s skiing fun for everyone all the way down the mountain. From the upper terminus at an altitude of 1626 meters (5335 ft) to the lower terminus at 800 meters (2625 ft) the mountain Gemeindealpe promises you all the snowy enjoyment you can handle. Our groomed ski runs are wide enough for both snowboarders and carvers to have fun.

Ski lift facilities:
A four-seat Bodenbauer Express 800 chair lift at 1300 meters (4265 ft), two seat summit lift from 1300 (4265 ft) - 1626 meters (5335 ft) training lifts at the lower terminus

Slopes:
Training slope: the perfect spot for kids and beginners to really get to learn how to ski

and to snowboard easier and faster. You’ll soon be able to move up to the big slopes.

Slope to the valley: The wide and even slopes are just what easy going skiers are looking for but challenging enough for extreme carvers, too.
Steep slope: One-of-a-kind in this region with the most selectively groomed and non-groomed slopes of the pre-Alps, our steep slope is the ultimate challenge for experts and aficionados!
You’ll also enjoy the new by-pass of the steep slope and a family slope leading from the station in the middle of the lift down to the valley.
